If you want Universalis on a new iPhone / iPad / iPod Touch, and you have bought Universalis before, here are your options.
If you have previously bought the Universalis app for iPhone / iPad / iPod Touch then you don't need to pay again. Apple’s policy is that whenever you buy an app from the App Store, you buy it for every one of your iOS devices. Apple’s support page about installing previously purchased apps is here. If you have previously bought a Universalis registration code then you don't need to pay again. Here are the instructions you need to follow.
