You have said that you have bought the Universalis app from the Amazon Appstore.

If you want Universalis on other Android devices

Amazon say that the app you have bought from Amazon will run on any Android device that has the Amazon Appstore app installed.

Amazon say that you can install the Amazon Appstore app onto any Android device, even one that also has Google Play on it. Installing the Amazon Appstore app looks a little scary but is not really difficult. You are also dependent on Amazon having got the programming right for Android devices.

You don’t lose any money doing it like this. But the app you get will work on Android devices only (and not, for instance, on Apple devices or Mac or Windows), so you do lose a little flexibility for the future.
