Licensed users on the iPhone/iPod/iPad
Read this page if you want to install Universalis on your iPhone / iPod / iPad, you have already paid for it, and you don't want to pay for it again.
The instructions below apply if you have already bought a registration code directly from us.
(If you have already bought the Universalis application from the App store, then see this page instead).
Step 1. Install the Catholic Calendar application
The Catholic Calendar application is free. Download and install it from the App Store.
Step 2. Enter your registration code into Catholic Calendar
Before you start, make sure you are connected to the Internet.
Open Catholic Calendar and view any of the text pages: it doesn't matter which. One of the About Today pages will be quite enough.
Tap in the middle of the screen, and some extra tools will appear along the top:
Tap on the "i" in the toolbar and you will see the About page:
Press the "Purchases" button at the bottom, and you will see a long web page. Scroll down to the bottom of it and you'll see something like this:
Tap on the "Enter Registration Code" button, and enter your registration code. You don't need to enter the hyphens, so if your code is 123-456-789, just type 123456789.
If the registration code is correct, Catholic Calendar will download a file from our web site.
Once the file has been downloaded, your Catholic Calendar application will behave just like the full Universalis that is purchased from the App Store.
There are only two minor differences:
- Your Catholic Calendar app will still be called "RC Calendar" when you look at it on your desktop.
- You won't be able to control the automated email service directly from the application. Use this page instead.
