You need a computer running Pocket PC 3.0 or later. This includes Pocket PC 2002 and Windows Mobile Pocket PCs (smartphones are not supported). All palmtops manufactured after 2002 are suitable, as well as many that were manufactured before then. If you have an old computer then you can check the version of the operating system with Start > Settings > System > About.
You need 4.8MB (4800KB) of free memory on your computer.
To perform the initial download and installation you need to have a PC running Microsoft Windows.
Download the following file: UnivPPC.exe.
Your browser may let you choose between opening the file and saving it. We usually prefer to save our downloaded files and open them separately later: if you do this, remember which folder (directory) your browser has saved the file into so that you can find it afterwards!
UnivPPC.exe file that you downloaded (depending
on how your computer is set up, the icon may simply say "UnivPPC"),
and follow the instructions.UnivPPC.exe.
